From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Refinancing can be stressful and confusing at times, but they made the entire process feel smooth, organized, and far less overwhelming than we expected. They took the time to answer every question we had thoroughly and professionally, even when some of those questions were repetitive. At no point did we ever feel rushed or like we were being treated as just another customer. Instead, they consistently made us feel valued and supported. What stood out most to me was their communication and dedication to customer satisfaction. They were always responsive, transparent, and willing to go the extra mile to help my family understand our options and feel confident in every decision being made. My loan was being handled by Parsa. He’s my number one agent to go to all the time for this type of Loan. He helped me last time and it was done perfectly. This time. It was the first agent and I went to Parsa. He’s the number one I always go to. He always gets it done right and done fast. This is never anything wrong and it’s always handled well I think I’ll always go to him for my loans, their VA loans and I can’t afford to have anything wrong so he handles them right if I refer anybody to him I know they’ll be treated well parcel he’s by number one man. He’s a good agent. I trust him.

Mortgage PRO was fantastic to work with. I’m an independent contractor and made the mistake of working with another lender, not knowing that Mortgage PRO does bank statement only loans. The other lender was not able to close on-time but Summer and her team were able to process my loan super quick and with an even better rate. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. I honestly don’t know how they were able to work so fast but they did and I will make sure to recommend them to everyone.
